Looking to rent/house share an upmarket house with someone M/F in MANGO HILL, Queensland for sale

I'm a 31 year old male that runs my own prfessional company and have owned homes since I have been 22. I have never rented but am just looking for a change of scenery for a while until I can get my dream house built. I like to stay fit, i'm very easy to get along with and I'm just looking for someone to share an above average house with in th Northlakes/Murrumba Downs area. I will take on the main bedroom, therefor pay a higher rent but the house I have in mind will be a large home with plenty of space, large kitchen, modern interior, large entertainment area and pool/spa. My weekly spend I will aiming for is around $600 so I can take around $350-$400 per week. If this is something you have in mind we can catch up for a chat first.
