URGENT - Housemate required ASAP - Zillmere in MANGO HILL, Queensland for sale

Hey there,
I'm Kat, and I'm looking for a third person to join myself and Ellee in my home at Zillmere.
I work full time, and Ellee is a student. We are friendly, social women, seeking a reliable housemate to move in NOW!
The room comes fully furnished, with a fan, cupboards, and dressing table. Would suit a student perfectly - no couples though thanks! One weeks deposit is required as bond, and the first week rent up front. Rent includes rates/water and unlimited WIFI. Split electricity bill is about $70-$80 each every 3 months.
The house is located within easy walking distance to bus & train lines and local shops, and about a 3 minute drive from Chersmide Shopping Centre.
I have 2 medium sized dogs, which live mainly outside, but do come in when I'm at home at night! No room for any more cats/dogs sorry! Smoking outside only is OK.
